I am all about a Sunday dinner. You would think I would eat properly all week, but let’s be real… it’s a lot of work and generally there are leftovers. This past Sunday was chicken, green beans, OJ carrots, and crock pot sweet potato mash. The chicken was a Perdue Oven Ready Whole Seasoned Roaster. It was such a hit. Turned out really nicely. The sweet potatoes I did in the crock pot and I think I’m basically in love with them. The carrots were amazing. A really good change from just honey glazed carrots – they were orange glazed carrots – definitely make them! The green beans were very basic and a great complementary side. I would make them again. The entire meal was easy to throw together. Try it any day of the week!
